Terms of Service

SAP Process Advisor answers questions about SAP business processes and ABAP objects from text you submit. It is read-only: it has no write tools and does not connect to your SAP systems. The tools currently offered are explain_sap_process, review_abap, s4_impact_check, plan_migration_step and account_status.

• Free tier: 10 tool calls per calendar month per account, at no charge. The free tier carries no service-level commitment; it may be rate-limited, changed or withdrawn.
• Pro: $49 per seat per month, billed monthly through Stripe on sayfeai-sap-advisor.com — never through the chat app. Pro removes the monthly call cap.
• Cancel anytime. Cancelling stops the next charge; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email to the address on the account.

Every answer the connector gives is generated advice about SAP processes, code and migration steps. It can be wrong or incomplete. Outputs are not a substitute for review by an SAP-certified consultant or your own testing, and you are responsible for any change you make to an SAP system based on them. Nothing here is legal, financial or audit advice.

You agree not to:

• Submit code, documents or data you do not have the right to share with us.
• Reverse engineer, scrape or probe the connector, its prompts, its knowledge base or its metering, or try to bypass the free-tier limit.
• Resell access, share a seat between people, or use the service to build a competing product.
• Use the service in a way that breaks the law or the terms of your chat client.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

You keep all rights to the text you submit. You give us only the permission needed to process it for the request you made (see the Privacy Policyfor what is and is not retained). The connector, its knowledge base and the website remain the property of SayfeAI. SAP, S/4HANA and ABAP are trademarks of SAP SE; SayfeAI is independent and not affiliated with SAP SE.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, SayfeAI disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the connector or its outputs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
