Privacy Policy

This policy explains what SayfeAI collects when you use the SAP Process Advisor connector (inside Claude or ChatGPT) or the sayfeai-sap-advisor.com website, what we do not do with it, and how to reach us.

What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the connector and bill for it:

Account details: the email address and role you give us when you sign up for early access or a Pro subscription.
OAuth identifiers: the user and client identifiers your chat client (Claude or ChatGPT) presents when it connects, so we can tell one account from another.
Usage counts: how many times each tool is called per account, per billing period. This is how the 10-call free tier and Pro seats are metered.
Submitted text: the ABAP code, object names or process descriptions you send to a tool. It is held in memory for the duration of that request so the tool can answer, and is not written to storage.

What we do not do

No connection to your SAP systems. The connector never connects to a customer SAP system. It works only from the text you paste or the object you name.
No model training on your code. Code and process text you submit is not used to train or fine-tune any model.
No sale of data. We do not sell personal data or submitted content to anyone.

How long we keep it

Usage counters are kept per billing period for metering and invoicing.
Sign-up and account records are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Submitted text is not retained beyond the request that carried it.

To delete your account or sign-up record, email support@sayfe.ai from the address you signed up with.

Who processes it

We rely on these providers to run the service. Each receives only what its job requires:

Vercel — website and connector hosting.
Neon (Postgres) — database for account records and usage counters.
Stripe — payments for Pro subscriptions. We do not store card numbers.
AWS Bedrock — model inference for tool answers.

Your chat client (Anthropic for Claude, OpenAI for ChatGPT) handles the conversation itself under its own privacy terms; this policy covers only what reaches our connector and website.

Changes and contact
